The Real You at Work (realyouatwork.com) is a business unit of Transition Planning Services LLC (TPS) (yourtransplan.com). They are licensed legal entities in Delaware and are subject to state laws and policies. Clients of TPS and the Real You at Work may come from anywhere in the world.

Your Privacy Is Vital to Us

The business will never disclose or share information that you provide to us. We are comfortable with clients using pseudonyms or aliases in initial contact with us. We will require verifiable names and phone and/or email contact information from engaged clients — for your own protection and ours.

Clients Under 18

For clients under the age of 18, we can accept your messages and will reply confidentially, but we will require parent or guardian assent before actioning any plan.

Security

We use very secure servers and protocols and our communications with clients are not vulnerable to intrusion or hacks.

Testimonials & Project Descriptions

We may print testimonials or summary project descriptions from clients (with permission). To protect their privacy, we never use identifiable information, names, or likenesses. No information is ever shared with third-party vendors, marketing firms, or state or federal authorities. No government agency will ever, ever get access to our records.
